Movin' In..... Again

Image
Well here we are again dear friends, back at Central and all settled in to my new home. It was a much calmer move in than it was last year which was good, plus I had a very helpful young man to lift the heavy boxes (thanks Jared Ramey). And once the boxes were all brought up Mom and Emily unpacked while Grandam, Grandpa, Jared, and I went to Fred Meyers to pick up some last minute dorm room necessities. After words we headed out to lunch at Brooklyn's Pizzeria (rating for this restaurant in the ratings section), it was pretty yummy especially on Sundays when they have a pizza and salad bar buffet. So we had lunch and then headed back to my room for the final checks then after a fond farewell they headed out back home and I stayed behind to further my education.  Now this year my room is on the third floor and is one of the sought after corner rooms; it has a small walkway between the two wardrobes, two beds on the sides of the room along with the desks, and a bay window to l...

Back to School Wisdom

The start of another new school year is upon us and for those transitioning into a new school it can be tough and a wee bit scary. I haven't been to the fair in quite a while, I think the last time that I was there was when I was around ten. So this post is all about the day that my friends and I had at the fair, hopefully this post stirs you into going as well. The fair runs until September 7 so get out there while you can. Well it was a rather blustery day for going to the fair, a wind storm was ripping through the greater Marysville area, but we weren't giving up our plans easily. So my good friends Nathan and Tyler, and their friend Sierra, picked me up from work and headed out...
