Ladies and gentlemen, I am giving up. This recipe is not working and I do not know what to do with it. So I think that I will have to do what I said I wouldn't do in the beginning: I am going to use a recipe. I was looking through Pinterest and I found a recipe for gluten free Irish soda bread, so I am going to try out this recipe and see if it works. My Attempts Before baking (my loaves usually look alright) Well, I first wanted to start making this after helping Mama Ramey make Irish soda bread at a St. Paddy's day party. Her recipe was simple, just flour, baking soda, salt and buttermilk; so I assumed that I could take that recipe, use a 1-1 gluten free blend and make it work.
