PCH Grill Character breakfast
If ever you go to Disneyland with little kiddos, or even without them a character breakfast is a must. This way you can meet lots of classic characters without waiting in long lines at the park. For our trip we went to PCH Grill in the Paradise Pier Hotel (not within the park).

****
(This was a very fun character breakfast! When you first come in they escort you past "lifeguard" Mickey so you can get a picture with him. And throughout the breakfast various classic characters come past your table for pictures and autographs; we even got to meet Stitch from Lilo and Stitch. Also during your time there you have the chance to have a dance party with Mickey Mouse over by his surf shack (parents, hello photo op). One downside had to be that it was a little messy by where the food was served, the floor was sticky which was a little disconcerting)
~food
*
(While I am a firm believer that food served buffet style can be good, this was not one of those. The variety was a little lacking and what I did have I was not impressed with. The fruit was not quite ripe all the way so it came off hard and a little sour, the hash browns were stale and not properly warm. The only thing that I genuinely liked was the breakfast pizza which let's face it is a little sad)
~service
*****
(The only negative about the service was the wait time to get in but that is understandable. The wait staff was very polite and made sure that they kept our table clear and our cups full)
Total stars for the PCH Grill = 10
Definitely one of the places to take the kids but if you are by yourself as a grownups I reccomend going elsewhere.
