Rodeo City BBQ
Another great place to grab a bite while in Ellensburg Washington is Rodeo City BBQ. This is a great stop for any BBQ lover as they make their own sauce and the food is exceptional. Rodeo City BBQ is located at 204 N Main St. Ellensburg, WA 98926, and is open: Tues. - Thurs. 11:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m., Fri. & Sat. 11:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., and Sun. 11:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m..

(This is a fun place to eat. It's very rustic looking inside and there is a lot of rodeo paraphernalia on the walls including pictures of famous rodeo riders. Also on one side of the restaurant is a gift shop where you can buy restaurant souvenirs, cowboy themed decorations, and even bottles of their BBQ sauce.)

(The wait staff is super friendly and love to strike up conversations with the patrons. They are also readily willing to offer up suggestions in case you don't know what you want (which is great for first timers). The food and drinks are brought out fairly quickly and they always come back to make sure that you have everything you need. The run down for first timers is to walk in, tell them how many in your party, order at your table, and pay your tab up at the front counter.)
~Food:
*****
(This is some of the best BBQ I have ever had! From what I have sampled my numerous times that I have gone there it is really yummy. The last time I went Jared and I shared the 3 Meat Dinner plate (which by the way is great for a date dinner because it is less than $30 and we both got a good amount of food); this meal came with your choice of three different meats (we chose the pulled pork (I highly recommend), beef ribs, and chicken), two side dishes (we got french fries and mac & cheese), and either a cornbread muffin or a dinner roll (we went with the roll). And it is not only their food that is delicious, their specialty drinks are too (and I don't mean alcohol), they serve Arnold Palmers, Roy Rogers, and Shirley Temples.)
Total Stars for Rodeo City BBQ 15!
